1 / 21The ZZKD GS-10L is a double-layer (jacketed) glass reactor configured for solid-phase synthesis and filtration. The inner vessel holds the reaction medium while the surrounding jacket circulates a heating or cooling fluid such as hot water, heat-transfer oil, or refrigerant to maintain a set temperature.
The vessel body is made of GG-17 high-borosilicate glass, giving high transparency so the reaction can be observed throughout the process. A filtration sieve plate at the base lets the unit perform stirring, reaction, and vacuum filtration, and material is discharged through a PTFE bottom valve.
The reactor is built on a 304 stainless steel frame and is intended for organic synthesis, fine chemical, and laboratory applications. Capacity is available across a 10L to 50L range.
Reagents are loaded into the inner glass vessel through the top feed port, including by negative-pressure feeding. The stirring shaft mixes the contents while the jacket is held at a target temperature by a circulating fluid. Reactions can run at atmospheric or negative pressure, with the system rated to roughly -0.098 MPa. After the reaction, vacuum is applied to filter the liquid through the bottom sieve plate, and material discharges through the PTFE valve.
