1 / 9The ZZKD SJ-10L is a jacketed double-layer glass reactor with a 10L reaction capacity and an approximately 8L jacket (mezzanine) volume. The borosilicate glass kettle is rated for a body temperature range of –80°C to +250°C, allowing both heating and chilling through an external circulation device connected to the jacket.
The unit pairs a 90W stirring motor with adjustable speed from 0 to 450 rpm and a 40W lifting motor that raises and lowers the kettle cover assembly through a 500mm stroke. The kettle body can also be rotated up to 150° to the left by handwheel for material discharge. A dual-display control box shows both stirring speed and material temperature, measured by a PT100 sensor to ±1°C.
It is intended for laboratories and extraction-processing facilities that run stirred reactions, solvent evaporation, and distillation under vacuum. The frame combines anti-corrosion square steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel, and the base includes locking swivel casters for mobility.
Material in the glass kettle is heated or cooled by circulating fluid through the surrounding jacket. Under vacuum (a separate vacuum source is required), solvent vapor rises and is condensed back to liquid in the glass condenser served by an external cooling device. Condensate can return to the kettle or be collected through the return elbow's lower valve. After the reaction, product is discharged through the bottom side port.
