1 / 13The MTST F-1L is a 1-liter single-layer glass reactor built around a high-borosilicate glass vessel mounted in a 304 stainless steel frame. It supports stirred reactions under atmospheric or negative pressure, with reflux capability for solution processing.
The unit pairs a high-torque stirring motor with a frequency-controlled drive for stable mixing, plus an integrated heating system. A bottom discharge valve with a no-dead-space design allows liquids and solids to be drained from below.
It suits small-scale synthesis and process development work in chemical, materials, and pharmaceutical laboratories where a benchtop reactor is needed.
Reagents are held in the sealed glass vessel and stirred at a controlled speed while the heating system holds a set temperature. Reactions can run at normal pressure or under vacuum, and vapors can be refluxed. Product is removed through the bottom discharge valve.
