Model: BR-QHM-15152
High-temperature vacuum brazing furnace rated to 1350℃ with a molybdenum foil chamber and mechanical/diffusion pump vacuum unit for stainless steel, copper, and PCD/PCBN tool brazing.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The BR-QHM-15152 is a vacuum brazing furnace built for high-temperature joining work at operating temperatures up to 1350℃. The furnace uses a molybdenum foil metal chamber with molybdenum heating elements arranged around the chamber for radiant heating, supporting a clean brazing environment.
The unit ships with a vacuum pump assembly combining a mechanical pump and a diffusion pump, providing cold vacuum on the order of 10⁻³ Pa and working vacuum near 10⁻² Pa. Inert gas, nitrogen, or vacuum atmospheres can be introduced into the chamber for atmosphere-controlled processing.
It is intended for labs and shops handling stainless steel brazing, copper brazing, and PCD/PCBN diamond tool and cutter brazing, and the high vacuum and temperature range also suit sintering and heat treatment of other workpieces.
Workpieces are loaded into the molybdenum foil chamber, which is evacuated by the mechanical and diffusion pump unit to remove atmosphere before heating. Molybdenum heating belts distributed around the chamber radiate heat inward for uniform temperature, cited at plus or minus 5 degrees. A programmable PID controller manages the heating and cooling profile, and inert gas or nitrogen can be added to accelerate cooling.
