Programmable laboratory muffle furnace with a 100x100x100mm chamber, MoSi2 heating elements, and a maximum temperature of 1700°C for sintering, melting, and material analysis.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
This laboratory muffle furnace provides a compact 100x100x100mm (1L) heating chamber rated to a maximum temperature of 1700°C, with a continuous working temperature of 1600°C. It is built for the sintering, melting, and analysis of metal, non-metal, and compound materials in university, research, and industrial labs.
The furnace uses MoSi2 (silicon molybdenum) heating elements and a three-layer ceramic fiber insulation system to support uniform heating and energy efficiency. A double-layer steel casing with dual cooling fans keeps the outer surface below 60°C during operation.
Temperature is managed by a PID controller with multiple programmable segments, allowing automated ramp, dwell, and cooling profiles. Built-in safety features include over-temperature protection, broken-thermocouple protection, and a door interlock that cuts power when the chamber is opened.
MoSi2 heating elements radiate heat into the ceramic-fiber-lined chamber while a PID controller regulates power through SCR phase-angle control. Operators program heating rate, dwell time, and cooling rate; the controller then runs the cycle automatically and triggers over-temperature and broken-thermocouple protection as needed.
