The ZZKD GF-100L/20L is a jacketed glass filter reactor offered in 20L and 100L configurations. The vessel is built from GG17 high borosilicate glass and mounted on a 304 stainless steel frame, with PTFE sealing and an AC motor for agitation.
The design combines a reaction vessel with integrated filtration, allowing a batch to be processed and filtered in the same unit rather than transferred to separate equipment. A typical application is winterizing crude extract and separating precipitated solids directly within the reactor.
The unit is intended for laboratory and processing environments that handle batch chemical work and downstream separation. It pairs with a recirculating chiller to manage jacket temperature.
Temperature-controlled fluid (water or oil) is circulated through the glass jacket to heat or cool the batch while the AC motor drives agitation. After processing, the integrated filter base retains precipitated solids while liquid passes through, allowing reaction and filtration within a single vessel.
