1 / 11The MTST 20L single-layer glass reactor is a stirred reaction vessel built for synthesis, mixing, and distillation work at constant temperature. The borosilicate glass body is paired with a 304 stainless steel support frame, and a bottom discharge valve allows liquids and solids to be drained from below.
Heating is provided by an integrated water or oil bath covering a range of room temperature to 250°C. A variable-speed stirring system adjustable from 60 to 600 rpm supports controlled reaction conditions under normal or negative pressure.
This reactor is intended for chemical synthesis, pilot-scale process work, and laboratory R&D in fine chemical, materials, and related fields.
Under constant-temperature conditions inside the sealed glass vessel, the stirring system mixes the reaction solution at the selected speed. Reactions can be run at normal or negative pressure and the solution can be refluxed or distilled. When complete, the material is drained through the bottom discharge valve.
