Model: D-SPD-20L
Dual-head short-path distillation system built around a 20L boiling flask in high borosilicate glass, with a 3000W heater and 350°C maximum temperature.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The MTST D-SPD-20L is a short-path distillation system that pairs two distillation heads with a single 20L boiling flask. The dual-head layout is intended to support fraction separation and higher per-session throughput while keeping the system within a compact footprint.
The glassware is made from high borosilicate glass and the unit uses an electric heating source rated at 3000W with a maximum heating temperature of 350°C. A built-in stirring function is rated at 0.08 kW, and the system can operate under vacuum to approximately 0.098 MPa.
This configuration is aimed at extraction and processing labs running production-level distillation. It is designed to be paired with a suitable vacuum system and a recirculating chiller.
Material in the 20L boiling flask is heated electrically while the system operates under vacuum, lowering boiling points so target fractions vaporize, travel a short path through the distillation heads, and condense for collection. The dual-head arrangement allows fraction handling from a single flask.
