1 / 12The MTST R-1020 is a 20L rotary evaporator built for production-scale solvent recovery in extraction labs. It pairs a 20L evaporating flask with a 10L receiving flask and a vertical double condenser to support continuous distillation work.
The unit uses a stainless steel water bath (φ450×260 mm) with 4000W heating, and a brushless 250W rotary motor with digital frequency-conversion stepless speed control across a 20–130 RPM range. Automatic lifting over a 0–190 mm stroke simplifies raising and lowering the flask.
It is intended for processing labs that need a mid-to-large batch rotovap and run on a 110V supply.
The evaporating flask rotates within a heated stainless steel water bath to form a thin film and increase surface area. Under vacuum, solvent evaporates and travels to the vertical double condenser, where it is cooled and collected in the 10L receiving flask, separating it from the remaining material.
