The Swiben ZF-50L is a nutsche-style vacuum filter with a 50-liter filtration capacity. It is built on a 304 stainless steel frame (SS316L available as a customization) with 304 stainless steel pipe fittings, and mounts on universal wheels with brakes for mobility within a workspace.
The unit uses a φ450×350mm funnel and a 50 flange suction filter connection, both of which can be customized. It is intended for extraction and processing labs that perform filtration steps such as winterization, where dissolved material is separated from filtrate under vacuum.
A vacuum pump is not included and must be supplied separately. The configuration accepts customization to suit specific process requirements.
Vacuum applied below the filter draws the liquid feed through the filter medium in the funnel, retaining solids on the filter surface while clarified filtrate passes through and collects below.
