125L forced-convection laboratory oven with RT+10 to 300°C range, PID control, LCD display, and a 4-grade adjustable fan for drying and sterilizing.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The GX-125BE is a 125-liter forced-convection drying and sterilizing oven intended for laboratories, research facilities, clinics, and industrial settings. It handles routine drying tasks and the heat treatment of laboratory and instrument loads across a temperature range of approximately RT+10 to 300°C.
The chamber uses a horizontal dual air-duct circulation layout to promote even heat distribution, with a stated temperature uniformity of ±2.5% and accuracy of ±1°C. The interior is mirror-finish stainless steel, while the outer shell is electrostatically coated cold-rolled steel with rock wool insulation.
Control is handled by a two-section PID system with an LCD digital display and a Pt100 sensor. The unit ships with two shelves and supports up to eleven shelf positions, making it suited to multi-tray drying and sterilizing workflows.
A stainless steel heating element warms the chamber while a multi-speed blower drives forced convection through dual air ducts, distributing heat horizontally for uniform temperature across loaded shelves. A two-section PID controller regulates the setpoint using a Pt100 sensor, with a separate digital temperature limiter providing over-temperature protection.
