Laboratory box furnace with a 100x100x100mm chamber, 1700°C maximum temperature, and a programmable PID controller for sintering, melting, and analysis.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
This laboratory muffle furnace provides a 100 x 100 x 100 mm (W x H x D) heating chamber rated for a maximum temperature of 1700°C (for periods under two hours) and a continuous working temperature of 1600°C. It is built for sintering, melting, and analytical thermal treatment of metals, non-metals, and compound materials.
The chamber uses three layers of ceramic fiber board insulation graded from 1800°C down to 1260°C, supporting thermal stability and energy efficiency. A double-layer steel shell with dual cooling fans keeps the outer surface below 60°C during operation.
The furnace suits university, research institute, and industrial laboratory settings where precise high-temperature processing and reliable temperature uniformity are required.
Heat is produced by MoSi2 heating elements and regulated through a PID controller using SCR phase-angle power control. The controller offers programmable segments for setting heating rates, dwell times, and cooling rates, with auto-tune, over-temperature protection, broken-thermocouple detection, and a door interlock that cuts power when the front door is opened.
