The Swiben SX4-7-12P is a muffle furnace rated for operation from 100 to 1200°C, with a ceramic fiber chamber measuring 200 × 300 × 120 mm (roughly 7 liters). The chamber size supports larger samples and batch processing in materials and analytical laboratories.
A programmable PID controller manages multi-step heating profiles, with a temperature resolution of 1°C and control accuracy of ±1°C. The unit draws 3.0 kW at 30A and reaches maximum temperature in 30 minutes or less.
This furnace is intended for ashing, sintering, and high-temperature sample preparation tasks that require controlled, repeatable heating.
Alloy heating wire elements heat the ceramic fiber chamber while a programmable PID controller regulates temperature against the setpoint. The controller follows defined heating profiles, holding temperatures within ±1°C across the 100 to 1200°C range.
